I started in graphic design and marketing, working across large-scale digital campaigns, packaging, and brand identity systems. That background gave me two things many product designers don’t start with: a strong foundation in visual craft and an instinct for how design influences behavior and decision-making. I learned early that good design doesn’t just function well. It has to communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and help people understand value almost immediately.

Over time, I found myself becoming more interested in the “why” behind user behavior. Why do people hesitate? Why do some experiences feel effortless while others create friction? That curiosity led me into UX and product design, where I could work on more complex, systems-driven problems that required balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Today, I design with both lenses. I bring visual craft that helps make dense information and complex systems feel approachable and credible. I bring product thinking grounded in usability, clarity, and decision-making. And I bring systems thinking to create scalable experiences that work across platforms, workflows, and edge cases.

With 5+ years of experience and a master’s degree in Information Experience Design from Pratt Institute, I focus on turning complex products and workflows into clear, intuitive, and user-centered experiences through research, strategic problem-solving, and thoughtful interaction design.
